What's the difference between a $1 buyout lease and a fair market value lease?

With a $1 (or other fixed small) buyout, you own the truck for a token amount at the end, so it works much like a loan. With a fair market value lease, the buyout is whatever the truck is worth then, which can be a large amount. Ask which kind you're being offered.

Is leasing ever cheaper?
